After starting in the social sector, Gaby left everything to have a fresh start in the world of cocktails. Admiring the profession of bartender for many years, she started to study with professionals for a month in Barcelona and gained her first job on Porquerolles Island. After working for two years in the south at four stars hotels and within in a French Ski Resort, she is now challenging herself to share her passion everywhere with her and making people discover the joy of having a delicious and beautiful cocktail.
She wishes to share her world and enthusiasm during your events such as wedding, birthday, baby shower, family reunion, seminar, … Up to 40 guests, Gaby will be able to make taste buds travel with classic cocktails or signatures ones. Patient and attentive, she will guide you to make this moment as special as possible.
Her goal is to be able to make people discover her passion within the world of cocktails to many people with a conscience that everybody is different and justify a special attention. The budgets are not always the same and this is why Gaby commits to find the best alternative for your event to happen within reasons. Whether your budget is with or without limits, your mobile bar will suit you.
Gaby also created the first bar for dogs so that your favorite animals can also enjoy a good cocktail (made of juice 100% natural, homemade and sugar free) alongside you and your guests. Celebrating them at the height of your love for them is now possible with the Doggy Bar & Master. The recipes have been validated by a veterinarian.
